Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPhone and your new PC. If you are having rapid connect/disconnect issues when connecting to your PC via USB, you may find the following article helpful. In particular, if you are using a 3rd party cable (even if it otherwise works with other machines), you may want to test with the original Apple cable that came with your device:
