i downloaded the 64bit version of windows 10 3 times now from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO and still every time i go into bootcamp it says that i need a version of windows 7 or higher?

i downloaded the 64bit version of windows 10 3 times now from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO and still every time i go into bootcamp it says that i need a version of windows 7 or higher? clearly it is higher, i have been stuck on this for days.
