Feb 19, 2016 10:24 AM in response to buchionunworby Ugh_I_Need_A_Username,I had this issue too, on an iPhone 5. The cure for me was to turn off wi-fi and do the sign-in over the wireless network because something about the Wi-Fi was being Extra Special. Once I did that and agreed to the new terms and conditions (because those have churned, of course) I was able to turn the Wi-Fi back on and proceed as usual.

Jul 2, 2016 3:49 AM in response to buchionunworby yazolay,To fix this issue, make sure you set your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch to the correct date and time. To verify, tap Settings > General > Date & Time. Then toggle on “Set Automatically”. Further make sure that your time zone is set up correctly. Simple tap Settings > General > Date & Time > Time Zone to verify this.
