Make the iMac 5k non-retina in Windows 10

So, in OSX you can switch the resolution to Non-retina through certain apps to make the monitor a non-retina display. This boosts performances within editing programs specifically. I was wondering if this is possible with Windows 10 (bootcamp). Does Windows even utilize the retina? The last section makes me assume so. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202471

In Windows Control Panel -> Display, can you change the resolution to say 1440 x 990 or 2560 x ? The DPI setting is another variable. What are the available resolutions in the Display settings?
