Battery dies quickly, and apple support

i have this iPhone6S and i have to charge it three to four times a day, and my apple touch id does not work most of time, and I am calling apple support for the whole day but no one answers, when someone answers they transfer me and i wait for long time and nothing happens, do you think I am calling you to listen to your music?
