Q: Apple Watch attempting to send random blank emails

My Apple watch has been attempting to send random blank emails sporadically. At first I thought it might be a strange combination of buttons I may have inadvertently pushed, but that was ruled out when it happened at 3:00am when it was charging on my nightstand. The emails emails are blank with no recipient and no subject (see attached picture). It has happened 4 or 5 times in the past 2 weeks.
Has anyone had this issue before? I havent found anything posted on the issue here and only anecdotal discussions on the net. Any ideas would be great
