Q: Dual Monitor Utility

I am using dual monitors on my Mac computer and I am struggling to find a way to make OSX act in a manner that works for me.

What I would really like is to have a 'second dock' on my second monitor and when I minimize a window on that second monitor it minimizes to that dock. Likewise when I minimize a window on my main monitor it minimizes to the main dock. Each dock is only responsible for the windows on its respective monitor.

In addition I'd love a way to have each window (instance) of an application appear as a separate icon on the dock when the window is open. I often have 3 or 4 windows of Safari open for example and I'd like to be able to switch between them using the dock.

I am looking for suggestions for 3rd party software or ideas that will get me closer to some of my goals. Basically, I'd like what UltraMon is on Windows for the Mac.
