Cloning Win 10 Partition from iMac 7,1 to ssd

my project:

I own a iMac 7,1 with Yosemite and Win 10 (64 bit) on a bootcamp partition. Now i would like to replace the hdd with a ssd drive.

Is it possible to clone the internal bootcamp partition with winclone sucessfully to the sad drive? Which version of winclone do i need? On twocanoes hompepage thay say, that winclone only supports installations on supported hardware. My setting is officially not supported at all. does it matter?

Otherwise i have to spend a lot of hours to reinstall win 7 and upgrade to win 10 including all workarounds ("select boot type" issue, bootcamp driver installation hack etc.)
