Q: I just bought iphone 6s and i don't have ilife for free

why don't I have pages, numbers, iPhoto for free?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

iPhoto not longer exists, for free or purchase. It was discontinued.

 

For Pages, Numbers and Keynote, If the option to download them for free does not appear in the App Store for each item, sign out of your Apple ID from Settings->iTunes & App Stores, and  sign back in.

 

You should get a cloud icon with an arrow instead of the price.
