IOS 9.2.1 GPS issue

Ever since I updated to IOS 9.2.1, every GPS app I use can't find my location. I tried Google Maps, Maps, and Waze. All three are unable to locate me. I thought maybe it was the weather cause we had a big snow storm, but the snow has melted ( most of it ) and I still can't get a GPS signal. This is very frustrating. I've tried a hard reset ( hold the power button and home button ). I've tried going in and turning off location and turning it back on. I've reset my phone to factory settings. All of which did not resolve my GPS issue. Does anyone else have the same issue. By the way I have an IPhone 6 plus.
