Mac can see PC Library but PC can't see Mac library. Help?

I'm trying to use home sharing on my new PC (Win 10) to connect with my Mac but I can't seem to get the PC to see the library on the Mac.... The other way around though is no problem.

I've signed into the home sharing with both computers and it should be working perfectly.

Is there anything in the network setting I need to change?

I've been into the preferences and ticked "share my library on my local network" on both computers.

Any help would be great.
