What External 3.0 HUB Devices work with OS X 10.11.3

I have a J5 Create USB 3.0 and my computer will not recognize it. Is there a fix for it yet or what device can I buy that will work with my IMAC 5K 27"?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
