pufed up battery

Hello, i have macbook air 2008 (A1245), i bought it couple years ago!

And one day i noticed that my mac is pufed up!!

I went to service and they sad that my mac, part of battery is pufed up and my mac now look's damaged( it look's like some one woud be trucked my mac) , and i'm wondering if i'ts coud not blow up while i'm using it!!!!! Isn't it dangerous for me and other apple customers???!!!!!😠😐😮😠😠

And who will pay my losses, and who will pay about my mac???😠

And i'm very disappointed! What woud you advide me to do???

Remove the battery from the MacBook immediately, as further expansion can cause harm to the computer.

Apple recommends disposing of your battery by taking it to them. Putting them in the trash is not good for the environment. See the last section of this article - http://www.apple.com/batteries/service-and-recycling/
