please help me understand how to change setting to allow web based audio program to play continuously - my iPhone 5 and iPad both pause or time out when the screen times our / refreshes

I listen to a webbased radio (nearly the whole day) and I hear music continuously.
The setting on my iPhone 6S is
01] General ☞ Settings ☞ Auto lock ☞ 1 minute &
02] General ☞ Settings ☞ Restrictions ☞ Off.
