Was able to do so a year ago but now getting 'initializing' message. Could be an extensions issue. Have upgraded Flash and still nothing. I have credits on this site and would like to use them. Any help at all would be marvelous. Thanks.

Thank you, Bob, for your reply. I did contact the site. As a matter of fact, I was either on the phone with them or on live chat for most of the day. They are the ones who told me to finally just contact Apple. They sent me some link where I was to turn off all of these extensions one by one and test which one could be causing the problem. That felt like a full-time job and I just felt defeated. That was why I hoped someone on this forum would be better able to guide me.
You have not told us what site. So all I can offer is to suggest you uninstall all third party apps that claim to provide anti virus, cleaning, protection, monitoring, boosting performance etc. from your computer.
You have not told us anything about your computer, application, browser,error message, or site you are having trouble with. Read this article and provide some details.
My apologies, Bob. You're right. I just thought those details might not be necessary, given my question. The site is Walgreens. I am running OS X El Capitan version 10.13.3. using Safari. Firefox does no better. I tried it too. The error message I receive is a small box with the word 'initializing.'

Does it do that when trying to upload the photos or by drag and drop? I forgot to ask. Are you creating the album first? The more info the better.
It does that as soon as I go to the page where I would create the photo album. The Walgreens page opens normally as does the photo section, but when I select an album I want to create, that page says 'initializing' before I can even begin to upload any photos at all.

I see that in going to the Walmart website they offer no help for the problem your having. The only thing I found was to make sure your web browser accepts all cookies It may also help to allow all other plug-ins. There was something about making sure your email address is correct.
