VERY slow app store download

Hello everyone, im having trouble with my mac.

i got wifi, and everything is fine - but the download speed from the mac app store is slow as ****.

for example - Xcode (4gb) is calculating me about 3 days (!!).

its MBP 13'' 2014 and its the latest El Capitan version.

Any helpers? suggestions? kinda lost.
