I switched my Canadian Apple ID to US but I cannot purchase anything?

iDevice: iPad Air 2 iOS: 8.3

Hi. So I changed my country from Canada to United States so I could but a in-game purcahse since it's much cheaper in US than Canada ($139.99 Canada - $99.99 United States). But, when I tried buying the in-game purchase, I got a pop-up saying: "Account Not In Store - Your account is not valid for use in the U.S. store. You must switch to the Canadian store before purchasing." And, I get two options to click from: "Cancel" "Change Store".

How do I make it so that my Apple ID account is valid in the U.S. store? I made sure to change my country, state, city, area code and ZIP code but my credit card keep declining everytime for some odd reason (my visa credit card is prepaid so it shouldn't show my location from Canada). Anyways, What can I do so I can make purchases in the U.S. store? Thanks~

One thing is the purchase of the app itself is from the Canadian store. Then if your US credit card does not have a US address, then it won't validate. Also, to my knowledge, prepaid Visa cards are not accepted as payment method for the iTunes store, because they do not have an address attached to them. You cannot purchase US content for a Canadian app. And, you have to be physically located to be able to use the US App Store.
