Q: Left family sharing now apps cannot be bought.

I left family sharing and now I cannot buy any of the apps that the others bought and I borrowed from them previously. It says that the item is not available to my AppleID cause it was bought by someone else or has been refunded or cancelled. This page clearly states that I will be able to buy the apps again for myself. On my iPad Air this is currently not the case.

iPad Air, iOS 9.2.1

Thank you for the reply, but I have read all that and I am not part of the family anymore. I was the family organizer and I have disbanded the family.

App store tells me I cannot buy the apps again. Does that mean my family somehow still is active?
When I go into family sharing now it tells me to set it up etc. So it looks like I'm not currently in a family.
