Final Cut Pro X is deleting my third party plugins.

I opened Final Cut Pro X in the morning and a sig appeared saying that I must restart the program in order to make some changes. I did. And when I opened it som third party plugins where missing. I´ve started to install them and suddenly more and more plugins where missing. Wha is it? What can I do?
