I have forgot my security answer and I can't use rescue email

I Did try to click it but with no function

Unless you find the reset email in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
