Figured out how to restore playlists

So for a week straight i have not been able to access my playlists on Apple Music after the update. I went through the forums and have tried several methods. One worked (the very last one) but others reported other methods working for them

1. Force restart your iPhone (hold the power and home button for ten seconds until apple appears on screen)

2. The issue is with safari and its web safety so try to go into settings<safari<clear history and data

3. Go into the settings<apple music<iCloud music library and turn it on, itll ask if you want to merge or replace and just select merge. I think this works for ones you have downloaded as well.
