so i brought an ipod 5 last summer and iam using it now becasue i broke my old phone but i wass runing out of storage so i factory rested my ipod and now every time i try to get on it it keep saying ( Please enter your credentials to authenticate your device) and idk what it means or what it is talking about can someone please help?????😕

What do you mean by "try to get in"?
Is "Please enter your credentials to authenticate your device" the exact wording of the message?
Is it the Activation Lock?

If so then have the previous owner do this
i bought it from a pond shop and like it wont let me acess the home screen
it didnt work the stuff u sent me
Since you can't enter anything then it makes not difference. The device needs to be replace/repaired.
