How can I change the background for the weather app?

I would like a constant black background on the weather app so I can read the text. How can I change the standard pictures so that I get a uniform black background?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

The built-in weather app does not have an option to change the background. There are many other weather apps you can find in the App Store.

Hi

Go to settings in weather app also go to settings on iPhone general accessibility change text size/ bold text.
