I input some tempo events on the the tempo list window in various parts of my song. The song is very fast, so I'd like to record a problematic passage slowing that point of the song, but without modifying or deleting all tempo informations. Is there a way to temporarily disable the tempo map (and slow the tempo as needed) so to record my passage?

You want to use Varispeed. - You will have to enable it in the control bar and it lets you slow down or speed up the project (retaining pitch) while maintaining whatever tempo events you have.
enable it in the menu bar. Turn it on... and you can set as a percentage faster/slower or as bpm

You could make use of the Tempo Set functionality: effectively gives you a complete new tempo map.
You would need to consider any audio tracks?

I noticed, yet, that metronome click is slowed down when using Varispeed, and this is a problem for recording the notes in time
