Q: my toshiba i5 can't see the iphone 6s

Hi,

I bought Iphone s6, but I have a problem to connect my iphone with my laptop : tohisba qosmio F60-12U, intel i5 cpu m520 2,4GHz with 64 - bit win 7.

All the time when I try to plug the iphone by the cabel , my toshiba inform me that the attempt to instal the new decive. I receive the information in my device manager that: Toshiba USB DVB-T/Analog Hybrid Tuner and Iphone Mobile Device USB Driver with the yellow "!" .

When I turn on the Itunes the newest one, Itunes doesn't see the Iphone.

I've try to re-instal itunes.checked iphone cabel. Everything is ok at my old laptop hp pro book 4530s.

Pleae help me,!

Hello Okruch,

As your iPhone works fine with your HP Pro Book 4530 but not your Toshiba Qosmio F60-12U, it sounds like a configuration issue with the Toshiba.

If needed, then see
If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
