My Apple Music collection vanished after signout-signin

When I launched iTunes this morning, most tracks were greyed out. Some posts online suggested that I sign out and sign back in and that should resolve the problem.


However, after signing out, closing iTunes, opening it again and signing in, my entire Apple Music collection was gone! I thought it might take a while to sync, but everything is still gone.


How do I get my large music collection back? I use iTunes on Windows.

Hey I had this problem too and I found a very simple solution. Just go to Edit, Preferences, General, turn on iCloud Music Library.

For some reason when you switch accounts it turns it off and causes your music and playlist to disappear.
