Q: Where do I find version history / release notes on GarageBand?

Hello there.

 

I am trying to find the most basic information of the version update history, or if you would like to call it release notes, that´s fine. That´s what it is called for logic pro x. So here is the info for logic:

 

Logic Pro X 10.0 Release Notes - Apple Support

 

Now, where is the same thing for GarageBand??

 

Should not be too hard to get to, or so I thought. No search will take me there. Very strange.

    I have never seen release notes for GarageBand , like you are getting them for the profesional applications Logic Pro X or Aperture.

     

    You can find the notes on the versions, when you search for GarageBand on Apple's supprt downloads page.  Each update comes with an individual release description.  Go to this page:   Apple - Support - Downloads

    Then click on any of the updates to see a description of that version, for example:  GarageBand 6.0.5
