I can't find Deezer app on Apple TV 4 Gen

Hi,

I can't find the Deezer app on the store of the new Apple TV 4 Gen 32Gb.

I read this app is available and do not know whether this is due to my apple account being different from the nation I live in.

I live in France but I have an Apple account in the US: I can already see that I have capability to download Pandora app but when I try to open it I am told this is not available in the nation I live in.

How does Apple store, Apple ID/account and geographical location are linked?
