2015 15" Macbook Pro AMD graphics freesync not working

Can't get Freesync working on MacBook Pro 15" 2015. I am using Windows 10 and I have all the latest drivers installed and a Freesync monitor (Samsung U24E590D) and there is no options in AMD Catalyst Control panel to turn Freesync on, the tutorials i have seen say it is under My digital flatpanels properties section but I do not have any freesync options there, I would appreciate any help. Thank you
