Anyone else having issues with VTEncoderXPCService (631) since last update? At times, it's using 300% of my CPU.

The fan runs really high and Activity Monitor shows over 300% CPU usage at times. It seems to coincide with El Capitan update 10.11.3 but I guess it could be coincidental.

I have the same problem when recording the screen with Quicktime. VTEncoderXPCService uses over 100% of the processor capacity and the recorded video is jerky. I upgraded from Snow Leopard to El Capitan (11.2) on an early 2009 iMac (Intel Core 2 Duo - 2,66 Ghz, with 8 Gb RAM).

Could someone give me an explanation and possibly a solution ? Thanks in advance.
