why we don't have ios devices, close all background apps at once?
i hope to add next ios this wall.

Android has what you ask about - but I don't hava any idea about their resource conservation strategy

to do this think much essays for apple workers but i don't know what they waiting for!
maybe if you provide feedback, Apple will consider it (it is not likely that they have NOT already, and dismissed the idea in favor of their own strategy)
thinking that an Apple device should be 'more like an Android' is an exercise in futility, methinks
If you have a specific reason for needing to do a global close, maybe a detailed Story about your issue(s) would elicit specific help in that regard
