Keyboard keeps playing wrong notes.

I have a mainstage 3 and am using a M-Audio Keystation 88 Pro. No matter what I try to do, the keys will not play the correct position. All of the transposers are set to 0. I can't figure out what's going on. Any help is greatly appreciated.
