You can't see who is tracking you but you can see if someone has used Find My iPhone in the last 24 hours. If you go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services - if there is an arrow by Find My iPhone then someone has logged in to track you currently, or has in the last 24 hours.

Also, if you, or someone, log in via iCloud.com using your Apple ID then normally you receive an email saying someone has logged in.

There are a few things you can do, depending on your desired outcome:

  1. If you don't want the person who has your Apple ID and password to be able to log into Find My Phone, you can use the two-step verification for Apple ID - see this link for more info and instructions: Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID - Apple Support With this option active, whenever someone attempts to use your ID information, you will receive a text message asking for your approval. If you don't "allow", then they are unable to proceed. Be sure to read all the details; you'll most likely need to log into your Apple ID and remove other devices so only your device is considered "approved" initially.
  2. If you simply wish to be aware that someone is actively using Location Services for you, you can make changes in your device to be able to see when specific applications have used Location Services:
    1. Settings
    2. Privacy
    3. Location Services
      1. Scroll to the bottom, and select System Services. Here, you should see Find My iPhone services are turned "ON".
      2. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and be sure Status Bar Icon is turned "ON" - this will enable you to know when an app is using your Location Services by showing the location services icon at the top (upper right corner, beside battery status symbol) of your phone screen. Descriptions of the three different colored icons are provided on this screen as well.
  3. If it's acceptable to you that the person who's checking your location is able to do so, just have them install the Find My Friends app on their device. Then one of you send the other an "invite" from the app. Once accepted, you're both able to see one another's location as desired. This app is especially handy when a group is meeting, since it also has 'geo-fencing' options to alert members of a predetermined group to know when they're close.

If you use Find My Friends, another option is to use the Share My Location feature with Messaging:

    1. Settings
    2. Privacy
    3. Location Services
      1. Share My Location - be sure it's turned "ON"
        1. In the "From", choose the device you wish to share location information from (iPhone, iPad, etc)
        2. Below, you should see all your connected contacts from the Find My Friends app - select the desired contact(s). You will now be able to share your location (and see theirs, if they've enabled the feature from their device) as follows:
          1. Whenever you use iMessaging, open the messages for the desired contact
          2. At the top right of the screen, select "Details". The top half of the next screen should provide the location of the contact. Tap on the map to enlarge (a new screen opens).

I hope this helps!

If it's your parents who are tracking you and you're under the age of majority and they paid for the cell phone and the service, I'd guess they probably have a right to keep tabs on where you are, too.

This was my first thought too.

After all, that's what Find My Friends is for. Find My iPhone is for tracking lost phones, not people.

Even if Apple does track when and where someone logs into your account, they will not release that information unless requested by the proper authorities. If you think something illegal is happening, you would have to contact your local authorities and they may be able to request log in information.

Changing you password is the best and only real solution here. Why is it not an option? It is the only sure way to know nobody else is using your account.

You could also deauthorize all devices that are authorized with your Apple ID but you would have to reauthorize each of your devices again to get your Apple ID to work on them. But this would only help until someone logs into your account again.

You get notified via email when you sign into icloud on a web browser and when you use find my iphone.

What make you think someone is tracking you?

Why would you not want to change your password?

Does someone other than you know your apple id and password?

whenever i used find my findmyiPhone on someone else's phone or my computer I would receive an email notification telling me that my iTunes username and password had been used to access find my iPhone but i don't receive those emails anymore so i just wanted to know if there was a way to turn that feature on again. I don't want to change my password because my parents and gf have my iTunes info. I would just like know when they're using it know where i am.

Get your own Apple ID, separate from your parents and friends. If you want people to be able to tell where you are, use the Find My Friends app. This gives you much more control over when people can track you.
