if you've lost it you'll have to pay for a new one.

Call Apple at 1-800-MY APPLE and ask for sales, they may send you a new one for a nominal charge.

Apple supplied a separate charger to plug into a USB charger as an option.

YOu can get adapters from Apple website under "accessories", follow power and adapters...

BUt as they say above you can charge your pen in the ipad, it charges about 5% every 2 minnutes and 2% energy from the ipad for a full charge (if you don't use the ipad in the meanwhile)
