My Apple TV4 will not show the latest TVOS update 9.1.1. Any ideas if they pulled this back?

I've been hearing about the latest 9.1.1 that introduces PodCast to Apple TV 4 for a few weeks. I still am stuck on 9.1 and when I go to search for updates, it keeps coming back that I'm on the latest version. Any ideas why my system will not find 9.1.1? I've restarted and also unplugged unit.
