Q: Why is my iPod saying I have to pay with a credit card

My iPod touch is saying that I have to pay with a credit card if I want to buy a song even though I have money in my iTunes account how can I fix this?

Just what message are you getting?
Have you previously made purchases on the iPod using the same ID?
have you checked your balance?
See your iTunes credit balance - Apple Support
