Stop podcasts from downloading on ipod touch.

This might be an easy answer but I can't figure it out. I've got a 5th generation iPod Touch I use for listening to music & podcasts. I download Podcasts on my 21 inch IMac and from time to time and the downloads will take a long time and I'll look in the Podcasts app on the iPod Touch and find that two are downloading via wifi. Is there a way I can set it so that iTunes 12.3.2.35 will just download podcasts on the Imac only? I'd like to stop the iPod Touch from downloading to speed up the downloads.
