Workouts recorded using the built-in Workout app can be viewed via the Activity app on your iPhone:
- To switch between viewing Activity and Workout history within the Activity app: on your iPhone, in the Activity app, go to: History (tab) > month view > tap on Activity or Workouts at the top right of the screen.
Health and fitness data from Apple Watch, iPhone and other sources is also saved and aggregated within the Health app on iPhone. Data can be exported, which you may find helpful for more detailed analysis (Health app: Health Data > All - Share button at the top right).
