To add to Ferd's info, the last security and stability update for Safari for Win was posted almost four year ago so any versions floating about on download hosting sites will not be secure on today's web. My advice: forget Safari. I browse with FireFox on any Win computers I use.
Any modern browser worth using will have an "import" feature...
If you are using Safari on a Mac, export your bookmarks:
Choose File > Export Bookmarks. The exported file is called “Safari Bookmarks.html.”
