I do apologize, though; I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are asking, or what you are seeing on your end. There are authorizations in iTunes, but only for computers, not devices, as outlined in the following article:


Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support


There are also associations within iTunes (iTunes Store/Apple ID accounts) that apply to both computers and iOS devices, but this would only affect the iPod Touch:
