It says however individual loops should not be commercially distributed... does it means I can't use single loop for my video and upload it on youtube???

The only thing you may NOT do is: "Yeah, I made these loops and now I am selling you these loops, claiming I have made them."
So, they are royalty-free, but you are not allowed to sell the unaltered loops claiming you have made them. So you can use them for any kind of music, published, unpublished, obscure, commercial, anything; without any further costs or restrictions.
Thank u... you made my day I was asking cause I'm a teacher I just want to upload little information about science but I was wondering to use music or not thank u..... I'm gonna use it to my project :-)
