Can I set a screensaver to be used when I am not logged in to my account? Or does the preset Apple one always come on?

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

There are a few advanced methods to change the screensaver that's displayed on the login window, and they're documented in OS X: Configuring a screen saver to display at the login window.
