I bought a MacBook Air (early 2015) before 15 days and not working well. The fan (cooler) to the maximum and when you turn off or restart, again, does not work well. I worked SMC but still does not work well. Do I have the right to look for a new Mac because this benefits two weeks?

As for your rights, each country has it's own legislation, so it's down to geographical location.
That being said, apple have a brilliant reputation when it comes to problems and are fair. I'm sure they will replace it if it's faulty, 15 days is well within a window for this.

Tnx.. I checked with Apple service and they tell to me that everything good with my garantie and it is possible for service under 1 year. What you think, to possible to change to new product if they mean that something wrong with my Mac?
Do you know what mean garantie under 3 months (something like safe period or similar).

Three months (90 days) is the period of free phone support. The MacBook Air has a factory warranty of one year.
