How can I add songs to the start of a playlist (iTunes for Windows)

I've seen this issue addressed in the iTunes for Mac community, but the solutions don't seem to apply to the Windows version of iTunes.

I want to add songs to a playlist, but have them added to the start of the playlist (not the end, as is the current default). Obviously I can drag the songs back to the start if I want, but is there any way to do this automatically?

New songs are added to the end of the list if you drop them on the playlist name. If the list is in Play Order and open in front of you then you could drag and drop songs into the first position from Windows Explorer or Finder.
