where is my verification code?

Please could someone help me?


I've been using my Primary Email Address as my login details on iCloud since 2012 - with the recent purchase of the Late 2015 4K Retina iMac, I've used these SAME login details with iCloud only for it to inform me that the Account hasn't yet been "Activated" and has sent a Verification Code to the Primary Email given, of which I have NOT received.


After a gruelling long night, I've found that "multiple" sub-accounts could be the cause of my problem.


Could someone PLEASE shed a light on how to resolve my issue and retrieve my Uploaded Data?
