Q: Frequent Kernel Panic

Been experiencing frequent kernel panics lately on my 2015 Macbook Pro Retina running OSX 10.11.3.

Happens when i connect my office external display through hdmi or when i connect my printer. Happens only when using it at office. Don't experience any problems when using it at home connected to an external display.

Would really appreciate if anyone can provide some insights.
