Macbook Pro retina 2012 ask to charging at 30%

Hello Community,

Since I've upgraded to El Capitan 10.11.3 (15D21), my MacBook Pro (Retina, mi-2012) ask me to charge him at 30% of battery.

Screen shutdown and I cannot do anything except plug power.

Once I get access to my computer battery appear to be more charged than expect (before 30% - after more than 50%)

Based on your experience, what be done to solve this issue?
