White bright spot on mac book pro 13

I have a white bright spot on bottom left of screen it appeared today morning . history of external pressure on mac is not know. white spot is prominent on lighter background. There is liquid type shadow as well. Kindly diagnose and give possible solutions. there is also complete white stain 3-4 mm als0
