I Pod 3rd generation connected to power source with laptop. It shows connected but screen is not appearing for starting the same.
The description of problem is not clear. Where does it say the iPod is connected, on the iPod's screen or the computer's screen? Are you saying the iPod's screen is blank when you connect it to power?
