I Cannot hide a picture on iPhone 6 with ios9

Since iOS 9 this option is not possible any more. I have been asked to search a free or buy an application on iTunes Store. And so I did.
Downloading a free app has nothing to do with hiding a photo. Are you attempting to hide the Photos this way?

As it is not possible to hide pictures, this was confirmed by the Apple assistance team, since IOS 9 I could not get to the option "hide" as I did before, what other solution have I ? I you have any way of helping I would be grateful to you. I downloaded a free application "photo vault"
I'm sorry, I misunderstand what you were talking about concerning the app. What reason did Apple Support give for you not being able to hide photos? I don't know if living in a certain country precludes you from being able to hide photos.
The reason from Apple assistance is that the option when you want to hide a picture is not avalable since the upgrade to IOS 9.2.1.
I didn't have any difficulties to hide picture before the last update. That is what Apple assistance told me. I hope I have made myself clear.
You have made yourself clear. I don't know what the Apple support representative was talking about because I can hide photos in 9.2.1.
Try a forced restart of your device. To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
The option hide photo on iPhone 6 does not appear any more when choosing a picture
